The Hong Kong Baseball Association is proud to host the Oregon Scientific Phoenix Cup, which is the first-ever International Women’s Baseball Tournament held in Hong Kong.

The event will be staged on 14 to 17, February 2008. Six teams from Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, Korea, North America and Taiwan will battle for the championship.

This event is one of the celebrating events for the 15th anniversary of the HKBA. With the support of the title-sponsor, Oregon Scientific, we anticipate a remarkable and enjoyable event for all participants coming from different regions of the world.

This tournament will take place at the environmental friendly Sai Tso Wan Baseball Field, the first Hong Kong standard baseball field, where is also the first permanent recreational facility built on a restored landfill in Hong Kong.

We welcome all the players, coaches, managers, supporters and media, and wish them all a happy stay in Hong Kong.
